Buyers are obligated to accept products delivered unless there is a discrepancy between the product description and the delivered item. In such cases, buyers may receive a free replacement under Utpadok.com’s consumer protection policy.

Utpadok.com does not guarantee the accuracy of sellers' advertisements, product availability, or refund policies. Utpadok.com is not liable for delays, product loss, or seller misconduct.

Delivery Return and Replacement Policy
Replacements can be requested if a product is faulty, damaged, the wrong color, size, weight, or does not match the advertisement. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@utpadok.com or calling 09696434622. Utpadok.com will replace the product if the claim is valid.

Products without warranty cannot be returned after 72 hours. Products with warranty are covered under the specific warranty policy.

The replacement process will be initiated within 48 hours of a valid complaint. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If parts are missing or the packaging is damaged, the product will not be replaced.

Disclaimer
Utpadok.com is not liable for any errors or issues arising from the content or availability of its services, including technical or typographical errors, third-party links, or equipment and software used by the site.

Indemnity
Advertisers and users agree to indemnify Utpadok.com for any losses or expenses arising from a breach of these terms.

Modifications
Utpadok.com reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law
